OOPS I’VE LOST MY ACCOUNT AND NEED TO START AGAIN!!

Sometimes players can lose their accounts for many various reasons, computer failure or a problem update, but all is not lost, If your original game account was linked to your face book account there maybe a way to retrieve it by following these simple instructions.

Un-install the game from your apparatus .
Re-Install the game.
Play 1 game as a guest.
Once the game is over click on the green LINK icon.

This should bring you back to your original account. If this does not work then contact the Technical Support team at the email address on the contact information page.

MY GAME FLEES BATTLE, FREEZES AND IS UNABLE TO PLAY SMOOTHLY.

Now there is many reasons why this can happen and not all of them are the games fault, So before you start shouting at the poor Technical team try this first.

PART 1

click on to your HARDWARE manager.
Click on video card or Graphics card.
Take down the name and serial number of the card.
Go on line and type in the makers details (Usually Gforce)
In their website search box type “Updates”
Find your particular Model serial number.
Download the latest upgrade for it.
Open the downloaded file and install the update.

PART 2.

In your main browser type in Javascript.
Go to their webpage.
Look for your operating system.
Get any available updates.
Open the the folder and install the update.
Now try your game ……

Sometimes these two simple steps can get your game back to running smoothly without any interruptions like frozen tanks etc.

If however this does not help to improve your game then again contact the Technical team.

REMEMBER:

When writing to Support or admin Please include the following information:

Your game name.
Your game I.D number which starts with the symbol #.
The name of the server you play on .

This information will help the Technical Team or Administration deal with you problem Quickly.

JOINING OR CREATING A TEAM

JOINING A TEAM.

Now you have come this far if you have not done so already you may want to join a team or create your own. To do either follow the instructions below:

TO JOIN A TEAM:

In the middle of the top bar you will see an I icon next to your game name

Click on that icon, you will then be re-directed to a new page

Click on the teams icon.

You will then see a list of 20 teams who are recruiting

Click on the team you would like to join.

You will then see information about that team click on the request icon.

Your request has now been sent to the teams C.O.

If you request is accepted you will be immediately added to the team

Alternatively if you know the team you wish to join or have been invited to join a team you can type the name of that team in the “Search for team “ Box.

You can find out what British teams are recruiting this month on the C.O. Corner.

CREATING A TEAM OF YOUR OWN:

Follow instructions 1,2,3,

Then click on the create team icon

Fill in all the details required.Then click the create icon

NOTE:

To create a team will cost 200 Gold, but to join and existing team costs nothing.

Once your team is created you will then see it has its on chat room and access to that is gained by clicking team icon next to your main chat board for your own country.

Now you have created your team you will need players there are several ways in which you can promote your new team.

On the main chat room. ( Using no more than 5 lines)
On Game chat rooms on Face book.
Or by sending messages to friends who also play on the game.
Send in a request for players to this magazine.
